To John, Jackie and the Blakeney:

Mrs. Ruby Lee was a sweet spirit who never met a stranger. She was a large soul who never tired of giving. We shared many good times together at your house under the watchful eye of Mrs. Ruby Lee who freely shared her mother's love with all of her "collective" children. She will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to you during, this, your season of sorrow.

Aunt Ruby Lee was more than an aunt to me, she was also a good friend. I enjoyed our long talks on the phone catching up on family and just laughing about life in general. Our relationship was such a special one and I will miss her so much. Rest in peace Ruby Lee and tell Daddy and Momma hello.

Ruby will be missed by family and friends. She was a blessing and we really enjoyed singing in the choir with her at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. We are blessed to have known her and we know that she is in a better place enjoying being in the present of Jesus. She was truly a friend to anyone she met. Aunt Ruby Lee,
She will forever be remembered as the "matriach" of the family who possessed a kind, gentle and joyful spirit towards all those she met.

All of the good works you have accomplished have already spoken for you for a life well lived!

We will miss you but can not will we ever, never forget you and all the wonderful memories we shared during your life here on earth.

Rest In Peace.
