HARMONY - Tammy Rene Johnson, 44, of 156 Shoestring Lane, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident in Davie County.
Born in Iredell County on Feb. 10, 1969, she was a daughter of the late Ray Johnson and Brenda Walker Johnson. She worked for Food Lion and loved animals. She was a graduate of North Iredell High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandmother, Mrs. Ina Galliher.
Left to cherish her memory are a sister, Gina Johnson of Harmony; a grandmother, Eva Walker of Hamptonville; aunts Libby Campbell (Larry) and Clara Jane Tomlin (Henry); an uncle, Dale Galliher (Penny); her very special companion, Randy Stutts; her special friend, Debbie Hendren; along with her circle of loving friends, family, co-workers and pets. She also leaves behind her dogs, Shoestring, Reagan and Tristan.
Service and Visitation: Services celebrating Tammy's life will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Holly Cobb officiating. She will lie in state at the church for 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
