MOUNT ULLA - Elsie Mae Wilson Graham, 90, of Graham Loop Road, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014, at her home.
Born May 13, 1923, in Mount Ulla, she was a daughter of the late Jas-per Moore and Bessie Sapp Wilson. Mrs. Graham graduated from Cleveland High School and Davis Hospital School of Nursing.
She was employed as a nurse at Rowan Memorial Hospital prior to beginning life as a homemaker.
Mrs. Graham was a longtime member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Mount Ulla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Kluttz Graham; brother Henry Wilson; sisters Margaret Thomas and Lucy Ennis; half-sister Dorcas Williams; and step-sisters Daisy and Nellie.
Mrs. Graham is survived by her daughters, Lennetta Cauble (Larry) of Norcross, Ga., and Bonnie Russell of Mount Ulla; brother Ray Wilson; sister Mary Louise Wilkerson; grandchildren Jennifer Perrell (Jody), Andrew Russell (Jennifer), Rachel Adams, Amy Cauble and Lisa Mitchell (Marc); great-grandchildren Rachel Russell (Jonathan Durham), Thomas Perrell, Rebekah Russell, Aaron Russell, Anna Crutchfield, Madison Crutchfield, Malachi Adams and one on the way, Eli Adams; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Arrangements: Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, March 3 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Mount Ulla, with Rev. Mary Louise Sitton officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3 p.m., prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
