Chris A. Ludwig
SALISBURY - Mr. Danny Leroy Ludwig, 69, of Salisbury, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 7, 1942, in Rowan County, Mr. Ludwig was the son of Margie Thompson Ludwig and the late Adam Leroy Ludwig.
A graduate of Boyden High School, Mr. Ludwig attended Rowan Technical Community College. He was employed with Palmer's Stationary as a sales associate, Fiber Industries as security and with Rowan County EMS.
Mr. Ludwig was the youngest past Master of the Masonic Lodge of Salisbury. He was also a member of First Baptist Church of Salisbury.
Mr. Ludwig enjoyed fishing and NASCAR racing.
Preceding Danny in death, along with his father, are brother Chris Allen Ludwig.

Mr. Chris Allen Ludwig, 57, passed away Aug. 12, 2012, at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
Born Oct. 26, 1954, in Rowan County, he was the son of Margie Thompson and the late Adam Leroy Ludwig.
Chris attended Salisbury High School and was employed in the lawn care industry. He attended First Baptist Church of Salisbury and also enjoyed fishing and NASCAR racing.
Those left to cherish their memory are Danny's daughter, Allison VunCannon and husband Brad of Salisbury; sisters Patty Wise and husband Jim of Salisbury, Joyce Vassiliou and husband Tommy of New York; niece Shane Layman and husband Kenny of Salisbury; and grandchildren Taylor and Emily VunCannon.
Joint Service: Memorial service for Danny and Chris Ludwig will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16 in Summersett Memorial Chapel with Rev. Charlie Curtis of Liberty United Methodist Church officiating.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rowan County EMS, 2727 E. Old Concord Road, Salisbury, NC 28146; and Liberty United Methodist Church, Building Fund, 3885 Liberty Road, Gold Hill, NC 28071.
