Our much beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Friend passed away on September 5, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born October 26, 1931 to Norman B. Miller and Elvera Collins Watson in Salt Lake City.
Carmen graduated from LDS Business College. Retired from American Express. She loved her animals very much. She enjoyed travelling with family and friends, as well as golfing, bowling with her league buddies, and spending time with her family.
Survived by her twin brother Norman B. "Bud" Miller (Helen P.) and their 2 children Marianne and Victor; 3 children Michael Ray Penrose, Julie Penrose Russell, and Steven Scott Penrose; 4 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; grandmother Elizabeth Collins; and 2 uncles Harvey and Mun.
A Visitation of family and friends will be held Saturday, September 8, 2018 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary (260 E. South Temple, SLC, UT) to celebrate the wonderful life of Carmen. Following this gathering, Graveside Services and Interment will take place at Murray City Cemetery (5490 S. Vine St., Murray, UT) at 1:00 p.m.
