I'm so sorry for the loss of Gary, he was a friend and and co-worker at the Sandy PO. As a union steward he kept carriers in our office in line the best he could. He got the best of me, when his Packers beat up my Steelers in the Super Bowl. Prayers are with his family and God Bless... Until we meet again!

I worked with Gary for several years at the Post Office until my retirement.
He always stuck up for the underdog, and worked hard to always make things right for his fellow workers. Even though he was in alot of pain, he did his job as one of the best! His love for his family was always foremost, and he spoke of Ange, Harvey, and Elizabeth all the time. He truly was a devoted husband, and father. My heart goes out to all his family at this sad time. We hope and pray that you will truly, with time, find comfort. Gary was a great guy, and we will all miss him.

The first time I met Gary, I was 15 years old. He was pleasent to work with, and was always makeing the job easyier and more enjoyable. Since then (1992/1994) ive seen him much less. My heart goes out to his family and childeren. Loseing a parent at such a young age is extremly difficult. Know your loved, and so was Gary.

We are saddened and shocked by the unexpected passing of our mailman and our friend Gary. He was the best of the best and we are gong to miss his usual two ring's on our doorbell.

Gary, realized that my friend of 91 years, could no longer walk to the mailbox, so he would bring the mail to the door.

My friend looked forward to Gary bringing the mail and she always knew when it was him, by the two rings of the doorbell. We all got to know Gary, he was always in a good mood. When my friend came to the door he would always ask how she was, how the day was going for her.

He stayed only a few moments before continuing on his route, but he always had an extra second to spare for my little Yorkie, Jackson, who also was crazy about Gary. When he knew it was him at the door, he would run to the door and get so excited because he knew he would get his little belly rub from Gary.

Gary, often talked about his family, how proud he was of his children, Harvey and Elizabeth, and what a lucky man he was to have found his true love Angie. He bragged about all of them, and we found it so sweet to hear a man openly express his love for his family.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Angie, Harvey and Elizabeth. Just know your father and husband will always be looking out for you. There are many, many other people who will always have the memory of Gary, in their thought's and heart forever.

I worked with Gary during his Postal career,he kept the Post Office jumping. He was a great carrier and employee. We shared the love of Toby Keith, even when he would butcher the songs with his singing at his case. Sandy Main will never be the same. My prayers are with you Angie and your children. I know he loved you all dearly.
