I wondered over the past year what you would have been saying about what was going on in our country. It's not the place you left 6 years ago. RIP Colonel.

Dear Joann, I reread your husband's obituary and he was quite a remarkable man. Little did I dream at our class reunion that I would face the loss of my husband too. It helps me empathize with what you have gone through. I hope you're doing well. May God continue to bless you! Love, Dixie

JoAnn and family, words cannot express the sorrow that I felt when Dad called telling of Bob's passing. It was pure sadness. We have so many fond memories of Bob, too many to tell. He was my first crush, lol memories of him showing up to pick up Dad for a trip they were flying together smelling of cologne and in his full Western /Delta uniform. Mind you I was 8 years old. Showing up every holiday walking into our house with a loud hello carrying the holiday ham he gave us every year! His true friendship with Mom and Dad. Co-Owned the Skypark hanger and 93Tango with Dad for as long as my memories have allowed. JoAnn and Bob coming down for dinner and vice versus. Such a true gentleman and friend to all of us Rozema's. Bob calling me by my nickname of many moons, Chicky. JoAnn, we have been truly blessed with all the love and laughter over all the years. I cannot begin to tell you how much you and Bob have meant to Dad and all of us. Love, Karen Rozema Argyle and Mel Rozema

My first memories of Bob were from our times at logan High when he would diligently train for the 880 and me the mile. Lots of grit and a great sense of humor were shared as we burned up the track. I'll never forget his sage advise, "Roy, I think we should drink a cup of coffee on meet days-can't hurt". It was always a pleasure to meet up with him, swap stories about flying and catch up on aquaintances. A couple years ago he gave me a tour of the Thayne property where he apologized for 5 Dyer's woad plants in a hay field and I soon learned that at Bob's place there were only dead weeds or those that soon would be-I miss you friend. Me and my sister Jan (friend to Jane)offer our deepest condolences to you,his family.

I have known Bob since the 1970 at Western Air Lines & Delta with many many conversations. Bob was always a gentleman & kind * asking how I was doing & what was going on. I live in Sun River St. George, Bob & JoAnn live about 2 blocks from me in the winter months. We got many chances to visit & catch up. I think the world of Bob, he was one of those special people in the world & will be greatly missed. RIP

Bob and the entire Adams family were life-changing role models to me when I worked on the JF Ranch. They treated me like family. I looked up to Bob for his wartime service, and he was one of the main reasons I made aviation my career. God bless his family and many loved ones to know that you will see Bob again.

It was devastating to receive the news of Bob's passing. Although we never saw him as often as we would have liked to, our memories of his generosity, kindness and concern for others were and are a tremendous example to each of us.
Know that we love your family and our prayers are with you. May the Spirit bring peace and comfort to you. May your memories of his life be passed on to all of his grandchildren.
