I knew Kent from the American Legion and was very surprised and saddened to hear of his passing. Kent was always happy and full of life. He was also very kind and generous. Last year as Christmas was approaching, several cards remained on the Angel Tree at the Post. He was so worried the children wouldn't have presents that he took all of the remaining cards off the tree and made sure each wish list was fulfilled. He even added a little extra for each child just to make sure they had a "Santa's surprise." That was the kind of person he was and he will be missed.

I haven't seen Kent for a few years, but know we would pick up right where we left off, last meeting. He was a stand up guy who always kept his word. My heart goes out to Jackie. I know how much you will miss your Bro.

I was so very sorry to hear of Kent's passing. I knew him well at one time and know he had a kind and giving heart as well as a great sense of humor. I'm sure he will be missed by everyone. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

Just wanted the family to know what a wonderful friend Kent was. I am very sad to hear of his passing, but I am very grateful that for the past twenty years he was a part of my life. He was "one hell of a poker player"!! We will all miss him very much.
