Elsa Wells Obituary
Elsa Wells, age 88, passed away Dec.11. She was born June 29, 1924, to Andreas and Mathilde Johansen. Elsa and her father served simultaneous LDS missions in Denmark. She married Jerry Duane Wells in the Salt Lake Temple. She is survived by her husband, children: Lois (Richard) Bobo, Elsa Quist, and Joseph (Tacy), all of Utah County and Samuel (Kathy), Fresno, CA; 18 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 17, at 11:00 a.m. in the Nibley Park Ward, 2450 South 600 East, Salt Lake City. Interment is at Wasatch Lawn, 3401 Highland Drive. Viewing is Sunday, 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State Street, or Monday, at 10:00 a.m.at Nibley Park Ward. Condolences may be shared at www.jenkins-soffe.com.

We're sorry to learn of Elsa's passing. She was a sweet, warm, lovely woman who adored you--and you her. We're grateful to have known both of you. We wanted so to come to the funeral and give you a hug, but thought it a kindness not to--since we both have the flu. Please know that we love you and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear family, It has been soooo long since we have been in touch and hopefully our reunion on the other side will help us get reacquainted again, but we send our condolences to the family, but we rejoice for her. She has made it to the final resting place and I am sure she is happy there. We probably won't make it up but we send our love, A cousin Wana Lu Johansen Burr and Lyal. .
