On the night of December 12, 2013 we lost our Texas Cowboy to congestive heart failure. Freddie was born September 25,1949 in Big Springs Texas to Mary Francis Mosley and Willis Earl Harris. He worked construction as a Heavy Equipment Operator and later worked at Laid Law in the West Desert until his illness forced him into retirement. He still liked to dance the Texas Two Step and wear his black cowboy hat. Freddie married Margo Adams and had two children; Dawn and Beau. Later divorced. He married Allene Jacobi in 1991 and adopted her daughter Chelsea. They made their life together in Tooele Utah.
