OUR HERO
After a courageous fight against breast cancer, our loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and dear friend, Jeanie Morris, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 30th, 2013.

Jeanie, you were beautiful inside and out. You were our strength when our own strength failed us. You showed us joy in life and taught us to never surrender.
You loved us without judging and in spite of our imperfections. You showed us what the best of people can be, if we could just be more like you. Everyone who knew you felt nurtured and loved. I consider that knowing you helped me every day and that I am blessed to have called you my dear friend. I love you.
I will miss you everyday.

I love Jeanie! She is one of the finest hospice nurses I have ever had the privilege of working with. Her heart is huge, her love unconditional and her kindness and compassion endless. I will miss her deeply and wish peace and comfort for her family and especially those grandchildren she loved so much.

I met Jeanie for the first time in 7th grade when we went to Junior High together. She has been my friend ever since then. What a SWEET, wonderful person she is. She is rejoicing with her mother and others at this time, and I hope she will check in on the two husbands that I have lost in the past 28 years. We will miss her positive and endearing spirit at our class reunions. I'm sure she knows how much she is loved by all!

Dear Morris family,
It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Jeannie. Having worked with her over the years, we knew first hand the love she had for those she served. It was always her desire to help and comfort and find the best care for those individuals needing help along the way. We send our love and pray that the memories you share will bring smiles and comfort in the days ahead.
With much love,
Your friends at Inspiration Hospice

Jeanie,
There are no words to express my sadness. You came into my life through a very hard transition. I was horrible...you were wonderful, loving, and kind. You taught me more than how to make shepherds pie, you taught me that "life is not waiting for the storm to pass...it's learning to dance in the rain". This has become the theme for my life and I thank you for teaching me how. You were with me wiping my tears and supporting me through the worst days of my life...and helped me celebrate with those same beautiful tears during the happiest days as well. I will always be grateful for the hard times in my life...they taught me who I was and gave me beautiful gifts like you. I will fight, I will survive, and above all I will love you forever!
loving you always,
Heidi Ford-Coleman

Jeanie meant the world to my Mom. It was so inspirational that, even as sick as she was, she was able to speak at her funeral. I am sure they will find each other again. I am honored to make a donation in her name. She is a true hero and she will be missed.

I will never forget how comfortable you made me feel and how sweet you always were to me every time we saw each other...even when YEARS may have passed between visits. It was like no time had passed. I know you will be watching over Kerri (and everyone else) and I promise to do my best to help her through her grief. Thank you for bringing such a sweet spirit into my life. Love you Jeanie! Till we meet again....
