"Loving Mother and Daughter"
Karyn Denise Manzanares was taken into the loving arms of her Lord and ushered into His Kingdom on August 18, 2012. Karyn was known for her loving, compassionate, and carefree spirit. She was full of life and energy and brought happiness everywhere she went. Karyn touched the lives of many and passed judgment on nobody. Karyn often gave more than she had to give and asked for nothing in return. She was independent, resourceful, and resilient. And she has been completely forgiven as she forgave others. There was no limit to the sacrifice she made for her two children. She would do anything to avoid their going without what they needed.
Karyn was preceded in death by her Grandma Adriana and Grandpa Santiago Lopez and Grandma Elsie and Grandpa Eddie Manzanares. Karyn is survived by her two precious children Marissa Manzanares and Kingston Lelei. She was further survived by her parents Richard and Teresa Manzanares. Also, Karyn is survived by her older sister Kristina (Manzanares) Broomé, her brother-in-law Rodger and their four children Robert, Tyler, Brandon and Katie. Karyn also left behind her older brother Paul Manzanares, her sister-in-law Danielle and their four sons Richard, Anthony, Matthew and Christopher.
Family and friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at the Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Rd. for a gathering to share memories and mourn the loss of Karyn's life together. As per Karyn's wishes she will be cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff of IMC's RICU for the loving care they gave to Karyn.
