To All of the Doman Family,
We would just like you to know how very sorry we were to hear of Matt's passing. We first met Matt many years ago through our nephew John Hardy. We went to Bear Lake many times when Matt would come with John, and we just fell in love with him. He was such a fun young man and so considerate of "us older folks." We will never forget him and will continue to pray for him and your entire family. We feel so blessed to have known Matt and we are sure when we say this, "Matt touched our lives and we feel very fortunate to have known him. We love you Matt, May Heavenly Father watch over you and take care of you until we meet again.

To Matt's family - I had the privilege of coaching Matt at Ricks College and want you to know and remember what an amazing athlete and fine young man he was then. He was always so full of life and fun and what a competitor! Coaching young men like Matt made every day of coaching a joy. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and want to send my condolences to you for the loss of the great influence he was for good today. Our prayers are with you. Matt will be missed.

Matt, it's been many, many years. You were senior and I was just a lil sophomore. You were the greatest person I had the opportunity to workout with in that weight room. You were and are what I strive to be to younger people. I thank you for just being you, and showing me the ropes of the high school life. You will truly be missed and moreso loved unconditionally. Even by people that you inspired 15+ years ago. Everytime I visit my dad, I drop a quarter n tell him to call me. So here's to you Doman, call me!

MATT!!! I find myself thinking about the great laughs we had together the great times growing up. So many great times from going to raging waters and live life as a teen the sharing sharing so many incredible memories and so many great football times and (so many sports) memories.... My sorrow goes out to his wife and children who, I know will truly miss him. I coached Matt in little football for a few years and got to know him very well. He not only led his team to many victories, but was also one of the hardest hitters on his team. I had the hardest time getting other teams to scrimmage against us because of how hard this particular could hit. I tried over the years to keep tabs on the players I have coached and Matt has always been at the top of my list of best coachable players. I always knew he would go far in life. He was always very pleasant and kind to others. I never knew Matt to say any unkind words to anyone, and would always lend a hand if needed. My condolences to the family of Matt. I was shocked when I heard that he had passed. I had the opportunity to coach Matt in little league football and he had the heart of a champion. He was the best option QB I have ever coached!
Best of all, Matt was a gentleman who was always respectful and committed. I still use Matt as an example to this day, to the kids I currently coach. Thanks Matt! May God bless you and your family- Bryan Tso

May you all find peace and the strength to go on. Matt was a wonderful kid, young man and adult. I have loved him since he was in third grade and we worked very closely together. Instead of me always being the teacher, he taught me some great lesson and I feel greatly blessed to have had that association with him. He will be missed.

I went to school with Matt from elementary through high school. I played football and basketball with him. He was an amazing athlete and friend. I always looked up to him for his positive attitude and example. I am sure he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

I will never forget how mad Adam Tanners dad was when we accidentally caught Matt on fire (yes, he was a-ok) And when Matt and I would hang with my dad and talk about basketball! I love you Doman family! We had so many fun times together....

I played football at West Jordan with Matt (and Troy) and will always remember what a bright optimistic attitude Matt always had - regardless of down and distance. My condolences to the entire family, and most of all to Rena, Chandler, Collin & Kyleen. Keep smiling.

Matt was a great friend and a thoughtful person. My earliest memories as a teenager are with Matt. We played baseball together, played football together and even did homework together in Middle School. He was a gifted athlete and his personality drew people to him. I loved being around him and wish I would have kept in better contact with him after we became adults. I love Matt and will always remember him. Monique and I will both miss him.

I became friends with you in Jr High. It became clear that was no big deal because you became friends with every one you met. You had little eyes a bigger smile and a bigger heart. You were the coolest friend to have that was a big deal to me. I can't wait to see you again and maybe play some dodgeball and hit you. I pray for your family and even more for your little ones. As well as so many others, My heart broke when i heard Matt had passed away.I have such great memories that i will never forget,My daughters will never forget his fun teachings of how to apply "The Sleeper Hold" if any boys tried to mess with them, and i have wonderful memories of growing up in W.J. with Matt..
