Stuart William Lewis 12/13/66 ~ 11/25/2010 KaraLee Lewis 10/2/92 ~ 11/25/2010 Together Stuart Lewis and his daughter KaraLee returned to the loving arms of our Savior and our Father in Heaven on November 25, 2010. They will both be greatly missed but we are grateful that they are together.Stuart was born December 13, 1966, the son of Glen and NaDean Roberts Lewis. He grew up in Duchesne, Utah and loved spending time on Tabby Mountain near his grandparents' ranches. He graduated from Duchesne High School in 1984 and then attended Snow College. He later received his BA from Utah State University and then his MFA from Brigham Young University. Stuart was an active member of the LDS church and served in various callings throughout his life. One that brought him a great deal of happiness was leading music in the Primary. He served an LDS mission in Raleigh North Carolina. He met the love of his life and eternal companion at Snow College and they were sealed for Time and Eternity in the Manti Temple on September 18, 1990. He was exceptionally artistic and loved the craft of theatre design and music. He was currently employed by IM Flash Technologies. His big heart and infectious smile drew people to him. He had no shortage of friends. He will be missed by many KaraLee was born October 2, 1992, the daughter of Stuart and Trudy Makin Lewis. She was a Senior at the Utah County Academy of Sciences and was close to achieving both her high school diploma and her Associates Degree at UVU. She was planning on pursuing a career in Interior Design. She shared her father's artistic ability and loved sketching, painting and creating. She had a delightful personality and a quick wit. Music played a great part in her life. She was almost like a twin to her sister MayLynn and dearly loved James Andrew and Abigail. She made new friends wherever she went. She was an active member of the LDS church and loved the association of the Young Women in her Ward. The sparkle in her beautiful eyes will be dearly missed. I am so sorry for your loss in Stuart and KaraLee. I am KaraLee's AutoCAD instructor at UVU and have really enjoyed her in class and getting to know her. What a terrific person. Our class was very sad along with me at her tragic passing. She was kind and friendly to all, always wore a big smile and worked hard to do an excellent job on each task assigned. We all hope you will be comforted and strengthened and that you will also rrecover from your injuries soon.

Trudy and Family,
Our Prayers and thoughts are with you. We cherish our friendship, Since Grandma and Grandpa Gividen died and the annual Halloween parties ended we haven't seen you much. Stuarts costumes were always the best. I can't believe how much the kids have grown. Time goes by so fast. You have been and are some of our oldest and dearest friends. Lloyd and I are sorry that we will not be able to be at the services. Cory and Callie Mae told us about the services tonight and I haven't been able to get anyone to watch Lloyd's parents( they have alzhiemers and can't be left alone). Just know that we are there in spirit if not in body. Let us know if there is anything we can do for you. Lynn and Julie have our new phone number. We love you. God be with you and comfort you. Lloyd and Cathi Call Jennylynn, Matt, Crystal, Joey and Ricky (Manti)

I was shocked and saddened to hear of your family's loss. I had the privilege of taking a class from Stuart 9 years ago at USU and was only too sad I couldn't take more before I graduated. He had enthusiasm for the subject and his students. I never saw him without a smile on his face! He was truly an inspiration! My thoughts are with you as you work through this difficult time.

I haven't seen Stuart since he graduated from High School 26 years ago but hearing of his passing brought emotions and memories to the surface that seemed like HS was yesterday. His singing, love of life, laughter, happiness, big smiles, kindness, and gentle ways were some of the attributes that made him so special to me. I can attest that his hugs made many of my days bearable. Thank you Stuart for being the gentle giant I remember you to be. Thank you for your acceptance of me and offering your friendship. You blessed my life.
May God bless your family to eventually find peace.
