Douglas Kulikowski Obituary
1951 ~ 2011
Douglas Kulikowski , beloved husband, father, brother and uncle age 60, passed away suddenly at home on September 20th. Doug was born January 20, 1951 in Irvington, New Jersey to Walter and Bertha Kulikowski. He marriedDoreen Bianchi on August 5, 2000 in Branford, Ct. Doug worked for the past 28 years at the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City as a pharmacist. It was there that he met the love of his life, Doreen, and choose to marry Doreen and help raise her daughter Bianca Winward.
He is survived by his wife, daughter Bianca, sister Jane Cardanelli (Paul), nephews Michael and Matthew Cardanelli, niece Alena Bianchi, grand-nephews Ethan and Adam Cardanelli, sister-in-law Danise Bianchi and in-laws Dante and Dolores Bianchi. Doug loved his wife and daughter along with all his cats and dogs who he spoiled constantly. He went out with a big bang with a joyous weekend in Las Vegas with his wife. He was deeply loved by his family and friends and was soft-hearted man under a hard exterior. We will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 24th from 4-6pm at Cannon Mortuary at 2460 East Bengal Blvd (7600 South) in Cottonwood Heights. In lieu of flowers, buy a lottery ticket. You might be lucky. He was a lucky man.
