Mark William Christensen
Mark Christensen, born January 31, 1970 at LDS Hospital to Arthur Dell (Chris) and Bonnie Stewart Christensen.
Mark lived many years in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. He was killed in Grand Junction, Colorado, June 16, 2004 and will join his dad in heaven who died August 15, 1980 at age 38. Mark attended James E. Moss, Granite Park Jr. High, and Granite High School. Mark was a member of the LDS faith and spent many years in N.C. Mark was a very accomplished chef and a wonderful woodworker who built beautiful pieces of furniture.
Survivors are his mother, Bonnie (Dal); brother, Michael Dell, N.C.; sister, Tami Christensen Dalby (Billy); two nieces (the apple of his eye) Amber L. and Amie N. Dalby; step-niece, Jordan Anderson; aunts and uncles, Irene Wilcock, OR, Jeneal (Fred) Wingelaar, Tim E.(Connie), Sandy R., all of Richfield, UT, Sue (Charles) Pierce, and Ruth (Dick) Dio, both of SLC, and brother-in-law, David R. Dalby.
Preceded in death by grandparents, Arthur N. Grace (Bridges) Christensen, Bunyan O. and Mary (Pool Stewart) Dean, William Tilton and Evangaline N. (Odom) Stewart, George H. and Cora E. (Buster) Pool; and best friend, Glenn Hall, CO. Rest in peace Mark. We all love you lots.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 24, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St., where friends and family may call Wednesday, June 23, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. and also one hour prior to services on Thursday. Interment Murray City Cemetery.
