Harriet Rowley
"Beloved Mother"
Harriet Adelaide Campbell Rowley, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away May 5, 2014 after a short battle with cancer.
She was born September 28, 1924 to John and Ethel Graham Campbell in Fullerton, Louisiana. During World War II she met and married Army pilot, Fred Daniel Rowley. They were married December 31, 1944 in Alexandria, Louisiana. They settled in his home town of Spring Glen, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Bountiful Temple. They were blessed with five children. Harriet returned to school and became a LPN. She was an active member of the community serving in many women's organizations, PTA presidencies and various church callings. She was an avid reader and loved to sew. She especially enjoyed her nursing career, working with the elderly.
Harriet was preceded in death by husband, Fred; parents; and siblings. Survived by her children: Marye Wanlass, Amana, IA; Paula (Dennis) Haymore, Fairfield, CA; April (Claude) Wheeler, Herriman, UT; Debra Rowley, Salt Lake City, UT; and Fred Rowley Jr; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Jeanne Rowley O'Neal and Madge Rowley (Orv) Gossman.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 10, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at the Rose Summit Ward, 5424 W. Rosecrest Rd., Herriman, UT (14340-14415 S.). Viewings will be held Friday, May 9, 2014, 7-9 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd. and Saturday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Spring Glen Cemetery, Spring Glen, UT., 4:00 p.m.
