Jeri passed away on July 16th, 2014 at her home in Salt Lake City, she was 75 years old. She was born on March 8th, 1939 to Mildred and Cecil Duncan in Pinedale, Wyoming. Jeri spent her childhood growing up in Rock Springs, Wyoming and graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1957.
After graduating from X-Ray Tech School at Saint Benedicts Hospital in Ogden, UT, Jeri worked as an X-ray Technician at Saint Benedicts and then worked for Dr. Louis S. Peery for many years in Ogden, UT where she also raised her family. Jeri moved to Salt Lake City in the 1980's and worked for the WIC program with the Salt Lake County Health Department until she retired.
Jeri, enjoyed golfing and trips with friends to Wendover, NV where she loved to play blackjack and the slots. She had several very close friends that she maintained contact with most of her adult life and they were all very helpful and good to her the past few years as she had reduced mobility and they always made sure she was taken care of. Thanks to those dear friends who made her life enjoyable… Jeri also had a close bond with two of her sisters, Bonnie and Pat and spent many happy Christmas's with Pat and her family in Montana… While her son Sean and family lived out of state the past 20 years, she still kept in close contact and the family had many happy visits to her home.
Survived by her sons Sean Warren of Greenfield, MA and Chris Warren of Salt Lake City, UT; her daughter in Law Jill Hansen Costlow of West Richland, WA; granddaughter Haddie Warren of Dallas, TX; sister Pat Stuart of Salt Lake City and several nieces and nephews.
