Tobin Gregory Obituary

Tobin Jared Gregory 2004 ~ 2008 Our darling Tobin passed away on 18 August 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. His life was one of joy and laughter, exemplified by his smiles - which were numbered from one to four. Tobin loved his family, especially his baby sister, Talia. He reassured everyone that he loved them "the entire world with no stopping."Tobin was born 29 August 2004. He wanted to be Spider-Man when he grew up so he could help people and, let's be honest, shooting webs and sticking to walls is really cool. He loved life, Rock Band, Lego Star Wars, and riding his bike. Tobin immeasurably impacted the life of everyone he met. His smile was contagious, and even cancer couldn't conquer his spirit. We miss him, and he promised to miss us when he went to live with Jesus. Tobin is survived by his parents, Thomas A. and Susan (Livermore) Gregory, his brothers, TJ and Tyson, his sister, Talia, and a large extended family. Funeral services will be held Thurs., 21 August at 11 a.m., with a viewing the night before (Wed., 20 August) from 6-8 p.m. Both will be held at the South Provo Stake Center located at 835 S. 500 W., Provo, UT. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributions to a memorial fund in Tobin's name at any Washington Mutual Bank, or donations in his name to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Utah, or Primary Children's Medical Center.

Suzie & Family,
My sister (Liz Loveless) kept me updated on your sweet baby boy's status throughout his battle. Tobin sounds like such a sweetheart and an inspiration to many. From a mother to a mother, my heart aches for you and goes out to you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. God be with you and your family until that sweet day comes, when your family shall be reunited with your precious Tobin again. Families are Forever----

Susie and Family,

We were so sorry to hear of Tobin's passing. We have been praying for all of you .. knowing that a loving Heavenly Father has what is best in mind. We share in your sorrow at this time, but at the same time we rejoice in the promises of eternal families and love without end. How cool it is to know that Tobin and "Grandpa Livermore" are together, along with many other loved ones who went before. Please know we will continue to pray for your comfort and strength. You are not alone.

My families' prayers are with you all. I have had the pleasure of working with Tobin's aunt, Gina up here in Seattle. She kept us updated on Tobin, and I'm very impressed with his strength and courage. Wishing you all the best at this difficult time!

I only knew Tobin in spirit and by all the wonderful stories his Aunt Gina shared, but what an impact he has had! He's taught me that courage comes in small packages too. His amazing smile will always be with me. Lots of love and prayers to Tobin's family during this difficult time.

I don't know Tobin nor your family but I work with Heather Senkunda Tobin's special Aunt. Recently Heather showed us the CD she made with the pictures and beautiful music, what a great gift to remember him by. I went through the death of a baby 24 years ago and know how hard it is to lose a child. I do know that if you stay close to Heavenly Father you will be blessed and comforted more than you can imagine. Though I would not want to go through this experience again I would not trade the valuable life lessons that were learned and have impacted my life since (journalize your experience so you can read it later). I am sorry for your loss and wish the very best for your family as you go through this difficult time.
