Obituary Condolences

Jim Wiggins 1945 ~ 2011 Jim Wiggins passed away on February 19, 2011 after a courageous six-year battle with colon cancer. Born on April 21st, 1945, in Selma, North Carolina, he was an amazing husband, father, grandparent, brother, uncle, friend, and businessman to all who knew him. His love for his family and friends was immeasurable. He loved sports with a passion, especially golf. His favorite memories involved traveling with his family, driving with the top down, and anything to do with the Utes, Jazz, or Broncos. He was dedicated to his business relationships and enjoyed the many people around him daily. A special thank you to Toni and Betsy who cared for him daily at the office and the many friends who visited with him during his final days. Jay and Josh words can't thank you enough. Survived by wife Carolyn, son Brad (Necia), grandchildren Kaelyn and Lance; sisters Pauline, Betty, Hazel. A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Saturday, February 26th, at the Commanders House, Fort Douglass, 1965 De Trobriand Street (Bld 620) from 2-5 p.m. Per Jim's wishes please wear your favorite sports team shirt to his celebration. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to University of Utah Burn Center Burn Camp Program, 50 North Medical Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84132.
