DAWN NICHOLS Obituary
Dawn Nichols 7/19/1957 ~ 4/24/2011 Dawn Nichols passed away April 24th following a sudden and unexpected medical condition. She was born July 19, 1957 in Safford Arizona to Kenneth (Buck) & Viola Nichols. Dawn graduated from Safford High School and later received her BS from the University of Utah in Psychology/Sociology, her Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Paralegal Certificate. She has been employed for the past 16 years by Home Depot, earning the love and respect of her co-workers. She definitely loved them back. Dawn's hobbies included biking, hiking, reading, education and spoiling her dog, Jezzie. Dawn is survived by her children: Michelle Stockton, April Gould (Mike Henfer), Frances Egbert (Kyle), Jezzie James, grandson: Chris Henfer, siblings: Patsy Reese (Leray), Ray Nichols (Debbie), Jerry Nichols (Betty), Ace Nichols (Janell), Peggy Novasio (Jim), Nancy Betzer (Jerry), Wendy Nichols and son Rodney Betzer, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, and nephew Billy Wilson. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 3:00 pm at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home-South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 S). As per her wishes, Dawn will be cremated. The family would like to thank Intermountain Homecare and the staff at Intermountain Medical Center and Dawn's many friends and family at Home Depot. In lieu of flowers the family would suggest a donation to the Humane Society at 4242 South 300 West Murray UT 84107 or www.utahhumane.org Dawn, we love you and we'll never forget you.
