William Duron Obituary

DURON
William "Billy" Duron, age 52, of Castroville, passed away Sept. 10, 2010 at his home. He was born Feb. 17, 1958 in Castroville and grew up in La Coste. Billy was a friend to everyone and always had a smile and a story to share. He never passed up an opportunity to lend a helping hand. Billy loved his children and devoted much time to their activities. Billy married Ann Elizabeth Tschirhart on June 18, 1994 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Castroville. He was a 1976 graduate of Medina Valley High School and graduated in 1986 from Texas Tech University with a BA in Telecommunications. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, St. Louis Society, Knights of Columbus and Boy Scouts of America. Preceding him in death were his father, Marcos G. Duron and sister, Mary Louise Duron Cruz. Survivors include his wife, Ann Tschirhart Duron; children, Christian, Nicholas, and Victoria Duron all of Castroville; mother, Antonia Hinojosa Duron of La Coste; brother, Ruben Duron of La Coste; sister, Sarah Gonzales of Devine; father and mother-in-law, Sammy and Yvonne Tschirhart of Castroville; numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be held Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church. Rosary will be Monday, Sept. 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Louis Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made in his memory to One for Autism Academy, 265 E. Lullwood, San Antonio, TX 78212 or the START Center, 4383 Medical Dr., San Antonio, TX 78229. Visit www.tondre-guinn.com
