Uncle Adolph:
I know we didn't see a lot of each other since you had moved to California. But Mary Lou and I really enjoyed staying with you and Aunt Ruth, Patrick and Kurt when my brother John graduated from Marine Corps Boot Camp. Mother always told us what you went through when you were sent to fight as a Marine in the Korean War. You are truely an American hero. Im sure you and John are trading war stories right now. I will miss you my godfather.
Love always,
Elva Diana Tobias
