Roxanne Marie Barnett, age 51, passed away on July 14, 2013 due to complications from pancreatic cancer. She was born on March 30, 1962 at Eglin Air Force Base near Pensacola, Florida, the third of four children born to Charles and Henrietta Redepenning. After travelling all over the world as an Air Force family, the Redepennings settled in San Antonio in 1977, where Roxanne would remain for the rest of her life. Roxanne gave birth to twin daughters on January 25, 1986. Later that year, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas
at San Antonio. She married John Barnett on April 14, 2001. Roxanne began her career with Mary Kay more than two decades ago, eventually rising to the level of Executive Senior Sales Director. Through Mary Kay, she touched the lives of hundreds of women. She served as a leader, mentor, and role model for her unit members and saw the women whom she served not only as customers but also friends. Roxanne was a caring, bubbly, fun-loving woman who was happiest when she was spending time with her friends and family. She brought her enthusiasm everywhere she went, from the gym every morning to her Mary Kay meetings. Her positive attitude, big smile, and infectious energy brought joy to those who knew her. Roxanne is survived by her husband, John Barnett; her daughters, Samantha Fisk, Lauren Fisk and husband, Jared Miller; and her siblings, Katherine Dooley, Charles Redepenning, Jr., and Scott Redepenning.
