Cuca Herandez Villela was called home by the Lord on December 8, 2014, at the age of 57. She was born in San Antonio, TX, on July 4, 1957. A stay at home mom, baking, gardening, arts & crafts, spending time with family and her grandbabies were her passion. She is preceded in death by her mother, Benita Granado; father, Genaro Hernandez; and brothers, Gary, Rudy & Ruben Hernandez. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Miguel G. Villela; children, Miguel H. Villela Jr., Melissa H. Villela & Noah Moises H. Villela; and grandchildren Hailey & Darla Aguilar; siblings, Jesse & Janie Valle, Leonor Valle (Raymond Riojas), Linda & Jerry Segundo, Maria Sanchez, Peggy & John Faircloth, Cindy Hernandez, Kristine & Roger Carreon and Larry Hernandez; sister-in-law, Tina Hernandez; and nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Sunday, December 14, 2014, from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m., with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Procession departs at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 15, 2014, for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II. Services under the direction of Castillo Mission Funeral Home.
