James Bindseil Obituary

BINDSEIL
James Paul Bindseil passed away peacefully in the company of his family on Saturday, June 18, 2011 in San Antonio at the age of 81. James was born to Edgar and Ida Bindseil on October 6, 1929 in New Braunfels, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Ruby Lee Bindseil. He was preceded in death by his son Harvey and parents. He is survived by his two sons and their wives, Calvin and Linda and Wade and Tricia. He was a fantastic "Opie" to his five grand children, Stacy Ortega and husband Juan, Brant Bindseil and wife Cindy, Carson, Tyler and Parker Bindseil and five great grand children, Kaylee, Khloe and Luke Bindseil and Noah and Kylie Ortega. James retired from Lone Star Brewery after 43 years of dedicated service. He always enjoyed working on his farm and ranch. He was an avid dancer and was a member of numerous Polka & Waltz clubs.Visitation will be held Monday, June 20, 2011 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas. Funeral services will also be held at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. followed by graveside services held at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
