To my sister Rachel and nephew David our thoughts are with you as you go through this loss. We loved Diana and enjoyed being with her. She was always faithful to the family and never missed a gathering the last on Christmas Eve, where we laughed at not being able to put the close caption on the T.V. but we did and she was happy. We will miss her but are confident we will see her again in heaven where she is looking down on us. I love u Rachel.

I remmbered Diana as Diana Diaz during high school at Texas School For The Deaf, Austin, Texas. She and David Stanger were sweethearts and married later. Her husband, David Stanger is my classmate ( TSD Class of 1984 ). The last memories I recalled about her and David was at my son's birthday party event in San Marcos,Texas and meet up happened at a Shopping at the Riverwalk in San Antonio. It was joy to meet and talk to them both! Wish I have their current up to date address contact info to keep up being in touch! I am sad for her to be gone - I believe she is in a better place with GOD, safely with no feeling of pain and happy. You have my condolences.

My memory to share of Diana is, I was asked to stand in her wedding to David. Up to that point I took for granted all of my senses. When I arrived at the chapel Tia Rachel told me the boys were getting dressed in the back. I went to the room and I was educated that everyone needs to be treated equally. I was the only one in the room who couldn't sign. This was the most beautiful wedding I have been in. Diana, Dianita to us was the happiest bride I have ever seen. I will miss her and cherish my memories of her.
