RICHSTATTER DYER
Frances "Fran" Richstatter Dyer born September 6, 1921, went to be with the Lord November 22, 2012, at the age of 91. She had been an active a member of the San Antonio Council of Presidents, Delphian Society, Women's Breakfast Club of San Antonio and Retired Officer's Wives and Widows Club. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. USAF (Ret) Joseph Edward Richstatter and husband, Lt. Col. USAF (Ret) Kenneth L. Dyer Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Cee Graef and husband John, Lyn Woods, Jo Anne Aune and husband Warren, Jeanie Stein and husband Bill; step-daughter, Cheryl Carlson; stepson, Ken L. "Pete" Dyer; brother John T. Meredith and wife Edith; grandchildren, Beth Sepko, Steve Sepko and wife Susie, Ritchey Woods and wife Cathy, Eden Aune, Grant Stein and wife Kendall, Chris Stein and Amy Stein; great-grandchildren, Matthew and Anna Sepko; step-grandchildren, Christina Coulter and husband John and their four children, Anna-Lisa Notter and husband Michael, John Carlson and Ross Carlson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Service
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at 9:45 A.M. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Compassus, 4204 Woodcock Dr., Suite 240, San Antonio, TX 78228.
