AGUIRRE
Dolores Aguilar Aguirre, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 1, 2012 at the age of 81. She was born on August 13, 1930 in San Antonio, TX to Santos and Otila Aguilar. Dolores is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Emilio Aguirre; children, Elsa A. Villalpando (Roodi), Edmund A. Aguirre (Brenda), Linda Aguirre-Pike (Greg), and Ernest A. Aguirre (Sonia); 8 grandchildren; brother, Santos "Angel" Aguilar (Mary); brother-in-law, Reynaldo Aguirre (Elisa); numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Carlos E. Alvarez-Meraz and all of her caregivers. In lieu of flowers, make donations in her name to Discalced Carmelite Nuns of San Antonio, 6301 Culebra Rd., San Antonio, TX 78238; St. Judes Children Hospital, www.stjude.org.Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home and a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening at the funeral home. Procession will depart the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 to celebrate the Funeral Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower, 824 Kentucky; at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Ft.
