REYES
Encarnacion Reyes (E.G.), was called home on March 3, 2014. He was born on August 15, 1925. He is preceded by his wife Rosa Rita Reyes. E.G. is survived by his son, Manuel O. Reyes,(Susan), his daughter, Sandra R. Diaz; Grandchildren: David Reyes, Marcela Kendell, Jesse F. Diaz, Justin Diaz, Joshua Diaz, Jonathan Diaz, their father Jesse R. Diaz.; Great grandchildren: Vera, Sayer, Nicolas, Anthony, Emmersyn, Ian, Presley, and Layton; Brother: Cipriano Reyes (Maria Elena), Sisters in Law: Hope Resendez (Paul), Rose Garza(Sergio); and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a host of friends.

Major Reyes retired after 30 plus years from the Bexar County Jail where he worked as the Asst Director. He was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. He had been recently honored as a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge. E.G. was a well respected man and will be greatly missed by many.
Visitation Monday, March 10, 2014 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A 9:00 am Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
