Clarence Shdrok Obituary
Clarence J. Shodrok born April 15, 1941 went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2014 at the age of 73. He is preceded in death by his parents, Luis A. Shodrok Sr., and Bridgett R. Shodrok, brothers, Walter L. Shodrok, Luis A. Shodrok Jr., and Alvin J. Shodrok. He is survived by his loving wife Sherry Williams Shodrok of 52 years, sons James D. Shodrok (Kim), Kevin W. Shodrok (Julia), sister Mary Lou (Larry), brothers James "Jimmy" (Madelyn), Leroy (Lana), grandchildren, Amber Rose and Clinton Wayne and numerous nieces and nephews. Clarence was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He retired from CPS Energy after 27 years as Machinist Foreman. He was an outdoorsman and had a passion for farming, gardening, hunting, and fishing, he also loved stock car races, gambling and curing and processing meats and vegetables. He was the co- owner of Lakeside Trailer Park and owner of Shodrok Trailer Rentals, and enjoyed visiting and eating tacos with the guys at the café. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church from 5:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. and the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, April 28, 2014 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church at 3:00 P.M., followed by interment in Mission Burial Park South.
