He is preceded in death by his parents and eight brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Gloria Casillas; daughters: Theresa Dominguez, Elia Perez (Raul), Josie Casillas Salinas (Ricardo); sons: Daniel Casillas, Eddie Duran (Irma), Daniel Casillas Garcia (Emilio); grandchildren: Gloria Taylor (William Anthony), Sonia Ervin, Eddie Joe Duran (Elizabeth), Ricardo Salinas, Jr., Alejandro Salinas, Xavier Salinas, Lauren Casillas, Isabella Casillas (Lorraine Robles); great-grandchildren: Tomas Ervin, and Celia Taylor; siblings: Alejandro Casillas (Mary), Maria Moreno, and Beatrice Gonzales.
Eulalio served in the U.S. Army during WWII. After his service, he was employed by Monterrey Iron & Metal Company for 58 years. Eulalio was a simple man with a colorful personality. He didn't desire expensive cars, fancy clothes or flashy jewelry but he always made a statement with his creative customized cars and unique fashion sense that only he knew the meaning of. We'll miss those baby blues and the harmonica renditions of "las mañanitas" he played for everyone's birthdays. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Castillo Funeral Home.
