Glenda Wheeler Curry age 75 of San Antonio passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, June 14, 2014. She was born September 23, 1938 in Devine, Texas to Ozella Killough Wheeler and Ralph Wheeler. She attended Northside High School and graduated from Brackenridge High School. Mrs. Curry owned Curry Refrigeration Service which she and her husband, Clem purchased from her father-in-law, C. P. Curry who founded the company in 1943. After her husband's passing, she took pride in owning and operating the company. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clem Curry, her parents and her brother, Duncan Wheeler. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Curry Prado and husband, Joseph; son, Roger Curry and wife Charlene; granddaughters, Catherine Brianna Prado, Shelby Lynn Curry and Sydney Grace Curry; brother, Ralph Wheeler and wife, JoAnn; sister, Candy Hajek and husband, Pat; sister-in-law, Mary Wheeler; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 beginning at 8:30 A.M. with the Service to begin at 9:30 A.M. Graveside Service will follow at 11:30 A.M. at Devine Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Boysville of Texas or the
