GAETA
Rudolfo L. (Rudy) Gaeta, born January 28, 1934, went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the age of 80. Rudy was born in Buena Vista, Texas and lived most of his life in San Antonio. He was a 1955 graduate of Southside High School, was a member of the Alamo Area Rodeo Association for 10 years and retired from Nabisco with over 40 years of service. His parents Francisco and Juanita (Lopez) Gaeta and two brothers Joe Lopez Gaeta and Francisco Lopez Gaeta preceded him in death. Surviving Rudy are his wife Virginia R. Gaeta, children and their spouses Sally G. (Larry) Ruiz, Isabel G. (John) Luna and Rudy (Sonia L.) Gaeta, Jr., grandchildren Vincent A. Ruiz, Marcus A. Ruiz, Alexandria N. Luna, Johnathon E. Luna, Danielle N. Gaeta and Francisco E. Gaeta, sisters Janie (Nicholas) Rodriguez, Carolina Young and Evangelina Steitle, brother Ramon Lopez Gaeta and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
SERVICES
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 4:00 until 9:00 P.M. with a rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Mission Burial Park South.
