Dwayne Polnac Obituary
POLNAC
Dwayne Polnac was born on May 14, 1930 in Walnut Springs, Texas and went to be with the Lord on July 27, 2014. He was preceded in death by his son, David Polnac; sister, Camilla Lemens and brother, Kenneth Polnac. Dwayne is survived by his loving wife, Marlon Polnac; daughter, Susan Mata and husband Ramon; sister, Doye Bohannon; grandchildren, Lauren Mata, Jessie Smith, Kayla Polnac and Daniel Mata.

SERVICES

A chapel service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Private graveside services will be held at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice. You may sign the on-line guest book at www.missionparks.com.
