Tom Troilo, 45, died suddenly October 10, 2008. Born on February 25, 1963, Tom attended Alamo Heights High School before moving to Park City, Utah to pursue a career in the food business in a place that embodied his love of the mountains and his passion for skiing. In 1998 with his brothers and sisters, he formed Cinco Niños Corporation and purchased a small existing restaurant. Following the success of the 2000 Winter Olympics, he opened a second location and last year, a third in Salt Lake City. Tom is survived by his parents, Raymond and Regina Troilo, brother, Christopher Troilo, brother and sister-in-law, John and Jamine Troilo, sisters, Elizabeth Troilo Maginn, and Stephanie Troilo, nephew, Christopher Maginn, and numerous cousins. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers please send donations to: Friends of Animals, P.O. Box 682155, Park City, Utah 84068.
