HARPER
Zula Harper was born on April 3, 1933 to Jonathan and Nadine Mosher. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 20, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, (twin) Eugene Ray, Kenneth Ernest Robert, and Mary Lou, and a granddaughter Jessica. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lawrence L. Harper. Her children Darrell and Janice Harper and their children Nicholas, Jonathan, and Zachary. Gale and JoAnne Harper and their children Amy, Billy, Cindy, and Cory. Sharon and Byron Spears and their children, Cherish and Andrea. Kevin and Brenda Harper and his daughter Katrina. She is also survived 7 great grandchildren and one brother, Jim Mosher (Brenda), and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Zula managed the Whopper-Burger on Harry Wurzbach for 14 years. She gave many friends and family members their first job and taught them how to be good employees. Zula wanted to say a special thank you to her daughter, Sharon for the loving care she ministered during her illness. She also wanted to thank her best friend and prayer partner Betty Webb for the countless prayers and for walking this journey with her. The family would like to thank Heart to Heart Hospice for the tender care you gave to Zula during her final days. Visitation will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, TX. 78237. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:15 a.m., Friday, October 23, 2009 at Windsor Park Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
