SGT (Retired) Victor M. Cedillo, 66 yrs old, born in Mexico City, D.F., on July 29, 1943, passed away on April 3, 2010. Victor was a joyful servant of the Lord -- a true servant's servant. He served his country faithfully during the Vietnam and Desert Storm Wars. Victor worked at BAMC serving the military community. His military and civilian careers spanned 45 years. He truly loved his job, taking care of his patients and even stayed after hours tending to their needs. He would often draw his patients and co-workers and they all loved him. Survivors include his brothers, Joe H. Cedillo, Miguel M. Baez (Rosario), David Baez (Sylvia); sisters, Lola Baez and Rachel B. Reynosa (Jesus); and numerous nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held at Castillo Mission Funeral Home from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place in the Funeral Home Guadalupe Chapel at 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010, with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
