Sandra Johnson Orr, age 63 of Seguin, passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2011 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Brother Jim Ranft officiating. Interment will follow in the Dugger Cemetery. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 4, 1947 to PeeWee and Rita Jo Johnson. Sandra worked at USAA for 28 years before her retirement in 2008. She often talked of all the wonderful friends she had at USAA. She attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and The Country Church in Marion, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Mike Orr; daughters, Susie Rathburn and husband, Scott, and Cynthia Green and fiancé, David Chamberlain; son, Robert Civiletto, Jr. and wife, Susan; step-son, Reece Orr and wife, Ashley and step-daughter, Joy Orr; grandchildren, Scott Thompson, Brandi Green, Brandon Green and Brooke Green; step-grandchildren, Robin Brown, Natalie Rathburn, Allen Stapleton, Megan Stapleton and Robert Linse; sister, Peggy Catoe and brother, Zachry Johnson; nephew, Leslie Johnson and niece, Jenna Johnson; mother-in-law, Marilyn Orr; numerous other family members and loving friends. Sandra was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished sister and caring grandmother. The family wishes to extend their utmost appreciation to Dr. Zweibach, Dr. Llano and their staff and Southern Care for their unwavering commitment to her care. Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Civiletto, Jr., Zachry Johnson, Scott Thompson, Brandon Green, Reece Orr and Toby Catoe.
