The church has continued this program locally & nationally very successfully for 30 years. He also managed the pastor's new TV ministry then, which has also been produced for over 30 years. Meanwhile, he began 95% of the construction of a new home in Spring Branch where they lived for about 14 years. One of his accomplishments there was laying some 7000 bricks for extensive walkways, porches etc. In 2007, they moved to Independence Village due to Fred's health issues.
