TORRES
Daniel Torres, a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully with his wife Dalia and family at his side on February 16, 2013. Daniel had a irrepressible enthusiasm for life and loved being in the company of his family and friends. He is remembered for his incredible sense of humor, generosity and compassion. Daniel was a dedicated civil service employee and retired from Kelly AFB after 30 years. He was a dedicated family man who enjoyed Bar-B-Que, Spurs and the Cowboys. Daniel will be greatly missed by all who knew him, and never forgotten. He is preceded in death by his parents Tomas H. Torres and Juanita Torres; and brother Moses Torres. Daniel leaves behind his loving wife Dalia Torres, children Juanita and Richard Erickson, Laura Torres-Gonzales, Lorraine and Chris Beltran, Angel and Angel Torres-Monroy, Di-Anna Torres, Miguel R. Aguilar III, David A. Aguilar, Patrick and Jessica Aguilar; 24 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters Eloisa Torres, Mercedes Davila from Ft. Worth, TX, Rachel Espinoza, Corina Vargas from Los Angeles, CA, Juanita Vargas, Rebecca Torres from Chicago, IN, Martha Tovar, Lucy Marie Crowley; brothers Thomas Torres, Jr. from Killeen, TX, Rudolfo Torres, Samuel Torres, Raymond Torres, Josue Torres; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
SERVICES
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM, on Thursday, February,21,2013 at Brookehill Funeral Home. Visitation will continue at 9:00 AM, with funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM, on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Bethania Church. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
