Robert Baker Ledsinger Strauss was born on a bright sunshiny day in San Antonio 4 Apr 1963 with bright red hair, and passed in Houston at 3:47 a.m., 12 April 2013 after a courageous fight with cancer. The main thing that can be said for my son is he lived life to its fullest and did it his way. He went to Alamo Heights High School and graduated from Pleasanton High School. After a time in the United States Army, he moved to Dallas where he met his wife, Tanya. They moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma about seven years ago where they worked for Viewpointe, LLC.
He loved the water - fishing, jet skis, and especially the coast. He was preceded in death by his Father, Bobby J. Ledsinger (1967. He is survived by his wife Tanya Weatherly Strauss, Tulsa, Oklahoma, his Mother, Nancy Baker Wood (husband Jim Wood, his beloved brother, Michael Ledsinger Strauss (wife Gianna and their 3 children, Peyton, Bryn and Avery, his stepfather, Lee J. Strauss, Aunts Judith Cooper Marshall (Tia and son Christopher, Susan Cooper Parrish and her daughters, Debbie, Marty and Stacy, Shirley Ledsinger, Sibyl Baker, many other cousins including Billy C. Ledsinger who was Robert's best friend, (wife Lucy, and Theresa Ledsinger who helped me through these trying times.
