Howard Bloom

Bloom, Howard SAN DIEGO -- Howard Bloom passed away on January 19, 2014, at the age of 67. He passed peacefully in his sleep at the Sharp Hospital Hospice Center in San Diego, CA. Howard attended Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ, where he earned a degree in sociology. He was a longtime resident of San Diego, CA, where he resided at the Marina Park Condominium Complex for 24 years. He worked for the Jenny Craig Company for many years and most recently retired from the work force from his duties at The City Walk Condominium Complex. He loved to go to the gym and exercise and was an avid runner for many years. He enjoyed reading, being with friends, and donating to various charities. He was a fine and gentle man, and a wonderful friend. There was no one better. We will all miss him. We didn't have Howard for long enough, but we were blessed by the time that we had. His friends meant the world to him and he meant the world to his friends. In lieu of flowers, Howard wanted you to take someone you love to lunch. It's what he would do. May he rest in peace.
