CORNISH, JANE DENHAM Born in Murray, Kentucky, June 16, 1936; passed-on in San Diego, CA on February 20, 2013. Survived by her loving husband of over forty years Handley Mason Cornish Jr. A Loving, caring and nurturing Mother, she is survived by four children; Robert Martin, Linda Martin, Don Martin and Dan Martin; Step-children Nancy Jane McCleary and Handley Mason Cornish III; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Jane was one of six siblings, predeceased by four and survived by sister Dee Davis of San Mateo, Ca. Some of her accomplishments include Woman of the Year, De Anza College, Cupertino, CA; Bachelor of Accounting: Portland State University; IRS Agent: State of Oregon; California Board Certified Tax Specialist; Juris Doctorate: Thomas Jefferson School of Law; Master Degree of Psychology: California Institute for Human Science, Encinitas, CA; Member and Recording Secretary: National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, La Jolla Chapter. Jane practiced law with her husband Handley Mason Cornish Jr. for over thirty years. Jane will be remembered in the hearts of all the lives she touched through her love, kindness and generosity. Jane's family takes comfort in believing her spirit has returned to our Heavenly Father. A memorial service will be held at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, CA, in the spring.
