ALLRED, PANDORA SUE Pandora Sue Allred, 56, died January 1, 2013 in San Diego. The third of six children born to John and Janice Simmons in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Penny's career in the Electric Utility Industry both in San Diego and Spokane, Washington, spanned three and a half decades. Her warmth, love and generosity for her family, friends and pets will be missed by all. Penny is survived by her husband and best friend, Anthony Allred of San Diego, brother John Simmons of Spokane, WA, sister Andrea Chillak of Encinitas, CA, brother Christopher Simmons of Lakeside, CA, brother David Simmons of Warrenton, WA, sister Sharon Simmons of Des Moines, WA, uncle Robert Thompson of Tulsa, OK and their respective families of spouses, nieces and nephews along with many great-aunts, uncles and cousins. A private mass for the immediate family has been planned. An open Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
