Stephen Anthony All III

All, Stephen Anthony III 06/13/1930 ~ 03/12/2013 SAN DIEGO -- Dr. Stephen Anthony All III, beloved husband, father, grandfather and educator, passed away in San Diego, California. A native of Flint, Michigan, Dr. All received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communications from the University of Michigan after serving in the Korean War. Dr. All was station manager and educational broadcasting pioneer at WFBE in Flint until 1966. He went to San Diego to establish KPBS-TV Channel 15, receiving several awards while doing so. Dr. All founded All Productions, led today by his son Michal. In the 1980s, Dr. All was awarded his Doctorate of Education. USIU in Nairobi, Kenya invited Dr. All to create a computer department there, which now thrives. Dr. All was an accomplished musician, writer, cinematographer, director, and photographer. He was a past President of the Downtown San Diego Chapter of the Kiwanis Club and received the Don McKee Award in 2012. He was also active with the Salvation Army and American Legion. Dr. All is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jean (Opiola), also of Flint, their five children, Wendy All (Rosen), Lisa King, Suzanne Holm, Stephen All IV, Michal All and five grandchildren.
