VAdm. Cecil J. Kempf
Isabella Kempf Hale
April 21, 2017
We look forward to seeing you again clothed in your new garment of light. We know that your last four years must have been so hard for you; sometimes we can't believe you are really gone, but we know that you out of pain, can express yourself clearly again now; knowing how brilliant you were and how blessed you were by God's grace. John and Joe and I talked about the fact that you were just small boy from Maud, Oklahoma whose father poured concrete around oil wells and a mother who loved you.. who passed the Naval Academy Exam and by sheer mathematical talent and brilliance rose to rank of Vice Admiral of Ocean Seas ascribing to Duty, Honor and Country. Aside from that, a great Grandfather to my sons and loving human being and Christian. We were so glad to have shared a part of your life. So PRAISE GOD!
