PEARLMAN, NATALIE Many things brought joy to Natalie Pearlman, none greater than being with family and friends. Her love radiated through her shining eyes and her unconditional acceptance of human nature - extraordinary traits leaving a permanent imprint in our hearts. Natalie died September 16, 2008, surrounded by loved ones at home. Natalie, 75, was born in Chicago to Don and Rose Frankel on March 17, 1933, and married Leonard Pearlman in 1955. They moved to San Diego in 1979 with their three daughters. Nat graduated from Chicago Teachers College, received her Masters Degree in counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. She earned a teaching credential from San Diego State. After 30 years of teaching, Natalie Pearlman began Frank Stuart Enterprises with her brother, Herb, and they enjoyed 25 years of an outstanding photography business throughout San Diego County. Natalie leaves behind her husband, Leonard, and two brothers, Herb and Lane, three daughters, Elyse Pearlman, Sheryl (Gershon) Overlander and Karen Pearlman, as well as 12 wonderful grandchildren. Natalie is grateful to her doctors and San Diego Hospice. Funeral services are at 3 p.m. today, September 18th, at Home of Peace.
