Dear Dworkin Family,
I had no idea until Brad told me. Kenny and I are so sorry to hear this. I remember so well when Brad and Danny met at Lewis in junior high and I met Amy there. Then the boys were freshmen at UCLA, not only in the dorm together but pledging ZBT as sophomores. I felt like I had such a kindred spirit in Amy and we became fast friends. We used to tell each other riotous pledge stories that continued as the boys made their mark in college. She and I would laugh uproariously at these tales of our errant sons. I can't tell you how sad I am today and please know we are thinking of you with love.

Howie, Dan & Jill,
We were saddened to hear of Amy's passing. I remember the good time we had visiting with you when we lived in San Diego. Our love and prayers go out to all of you. We're here for you.

Howard, We regret not being able to connect with you and Amy in November when we were in San Diego. We looked forward to sharing another happy occasion together. Now we are thinking about how we lived next door at the condo so long ago in the 70s in Pacific Beach. Danny was a newborn. Then all our years of working together so closely. Our heartfelt sympathies to you and Danny and Jill. We will all miss Amy.

Dan..we never met, but let me tell you how I knew your Mother. I worked for Vacation Hotline which was at the Mission Valley office of San Diego Travel Group and met Amy there. I was so impressed with her - she was such a joy to be around. I happened to watch the shows that you were directing or producing and after every episode, she and I discussed it. She was so proud of you. I still watch shows that you are a part of and every time I see your name I think of Amy. My sympathies to your entire family....Wendy Palmer

Howie and family,
Although this is a very difficult and painful time for you, Amy's presence will always be reflected in her grandchildren's bright intelligence, strong will and gleeful exuberance.
We met as young mothers, and later shared the thrill of grandmotherhood. I could tell she was an exceptional wife, mother and grandmother.
Her loss will be felt by many people, as she was an unforgettable person.

Bob and I were so sorry to read about Amy's passing. Although we hadn't seen you guys since the 70's, we have fond memories of Amy and baby Danny when you used to live across the courtyard from us on Haines Street in P.B.
You family is in our thoughts and prayers, Debi and Bob Kelly

Dear Howie, Jill and Danny, I miss Amy so much, her energy and humor always lit up the room. She was so much a part of my upbringing, grilled cheese and my surrogate pets, Woody and Popcorn too. My thoughts are with you and I am sending love your way. I will remember Amy always as the fun loving girl with no shoes on the dance floor. Love, Lori

Amy was quite simply, one of the nicest people I have ever had the true pleasure of knowing. She had a pure heart and strong faith. I miss our lunchtime discussions on religion. Amy lit up a room when she walked in. We will miss her light in this world. We were co-workers at CCSD in the old days. Amy was one of a kind. My heartfelt condolences to her family and friends.

Dear Howie and Family,
We wish we could be there to help all of you. We know it has been a horrific last 10 months. At all times Steve and I were praying for a better outcome. The fact that you have such a close family, hopefully, will help all of you give each other the comfort that is needed.

Amy will be missed and always remembered by us.

Our love and condolences,

Renee and Steve
