Even though our lots abut, I didn't see Dave much, but I'll miss him. Hang in there, Matt

Dave. We shared many fun times together. HS 2 in 1963, NAS Lakehurst in 1968. Golf in the NHA Tournament at Adm Baker, and tennis many Friday afternoons at Ed Sanchez's court. Our love to Audrey. Miss you, my friend! Ted

A tribute to a loving husband, father, grandfather great friend and Uncle Meleski always to my children. David was a true adventurer and sportsman. As I was leaving the house last week David whispered to me,"I'll meet you Up There." If virtue and goodness counts, David is sure to keep that appointment "Up There" with all the good and wonderful people with whom he was associated.

All of my family express deepest sympathy, especially to Audrey, on Dave's death. He was a model Naval Officer and Aviator. May he rest in peace.

I have just lost a great friend, going all the way back to our Johnson City, NY High School class of 1952. While we didn't see each other much, we were in contact all these years, mostly by email. Dave brought many smiles to my face, and I agree that he and Hugh Hefner will be sharing many stories together up there. Dave didn't go thru the elementary schools in JC, but you would never know it based on the respect and love he got from all of our class. I thought he would be sending me "special" emails until he was at least 110. A part of me has been taken forever.
There til the end
